Two-Bite Chocolate-Covered Strawberries Are An Easy And Festive Addition To Your July 4th Party
Decorated with stars and stripes, our fruity patriotic gems are a breeze to whip up, thanks to quick-prep candy melts
Juicy, bright red berries are at their best right now! I plan to go pick some of my own this weekend and make this Two-Bite Chocolate-Covered Strawberries recipe to my friend’s Fourth of July get-together. I always over-estimate how many berries I will be able to eat, so I make sure to wash my berries using this clever technique to keep them fresh longer. And when decorating, if you can’t find patriotic star candies, use colored candy melts or even red or white sprinkles or nonpareils. On no-bake treats like these, if you don’t have parchment paper on hand, simply grab a sheet of waxed paper or aluminum foil as either will also keep these gems from sticking. Still have extra berries? Try this Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp recipe from fan favorite, Ina Garten.
