You know the legendary actor as Rocky Balboa from the Rocky film franchise, but you may not know much about his life as a father. Sylvester Stallone is a parent to five children, sons Sage and Seargeoh from his first marriage and daughters Sophia, Sistine and Scarlet from his third marriage.
“I make a much better father and husband now than I could have earlier,” Stallone said in 2007. The actor had had public struggles with raising his sons, which he’s briefly mentioned before: “I sometimes think all men should wait till they’re 50 to settle down.”

Sage Moonblood Stallone
The first child of Sylvester Stallone was his son Sage Moonblood Stallone, born on May 5, 1976, to the actor and his first wife, Sasha Czack. Sage was welcomed the same year Rocky was released, which was the very beginning of his fame.
The first-born attended the North Carolina School of the Arts, where he studied filmmaking for about a year before heading to Los Angeles to act alongside his father. He made his acting debut in Rocky V (1990) as Rocky Jr. and later starred with his dad in Daylight (1996).
Unfortunately, Sage unexpectedly died of heart disease at age 36 in 2012. A representative for Stallone shared the news, explaining, “”Sage was a very talented and wonderful young man; his loss will be felt forever.”
Seargeoh Stallone
Stallone’s second child with Czack, Seargeoh Stallone, was born three years after his first in 1979. While Sage was in the spotlight like his father, Seargeoh was diagnosed with autism at age 3 and has quietly lived behind the scenes.
Sophia Rose Stallone
The actor and his third wife, Jennifer Flavin, welcomed first daughter Sophia Rose Stallone on August 27, 1996. At just two months old, Sophia had to undergo heart surgery to fix a congenital malformation of a heart valve, and once more in 2012.
In 2019, Sophia graduated from the University of Southern California with a fashion degree. Currently, she hosts a podcast titled Unwaxed with her sister, Sistine, as well as one called Favorite Book Club on Instagram.
Sistine Rose Stallone
On June 27, 1998, Stallone and Flavin welcomed their second daughter together, Sistine Rose Stallone. Like her parents, Sistine has dipped her toe in the acting pool as well as modeling. In 2016, she signed with IMG Models and has since walked for Chanel and Dolce & Gabbana, among others.
A few years later, she got the acting bug and made her debut in 2019’s 47 Meters Down: Uncaged. She later appeared in Midnight in the Switchgrass in 2021 and has an upcoming role in Bad News on the Doorstep, which is in post-production.
Scarlet Rose Stallone
The actor’s youngest daughter, Scarlet Rose Sistine, was born on May 25, 2002. The now-23-year-old graduated from high school in 2021 and has since appeared at New York Fashion Week and begun an acting career. Scarlet appeared in 12 episodes of Tulsa King (2022-2024) and Gunslingers (2025), and she has an upcoming role in Blessed be the Evil.
