6 PBS Passport Shows With Strong Female Leads to Stream This Women’s History Month
From Lady Mary to Miss Scarlet, these PBS Passport shows spotlight women who don’t wait for permission
Throughout March, we’re thrilled to honor the inspiring women who came before us, paving the way for the lives we’re lucky to lead today. While the real-life women who have made history over the years remind us of all the ways women’s rights have evolved, the fictional ladies we’ve watched on screen over time have done so in their own ways as well. This March, for Women’s History Month, PBS Passport is highlighting the female-led stories available for streaming on its platform. Here, take a look at a few of our favorites!
