Justin Berfield – Reese

The next-oldest brother went on to co-found Virgin Produced, a film and TV production company that's part of the mega-corporation Virgin.

Frankie Muniz – Malcolm

The child star was most recently seen in the Sharknado TV movies.

Erik Per Sullivan – Dewey

The youngest brother on the show is now in his 20s! He attended the University of Southern California and keeps a low profile these days.

Craig Lamar Traylor – Stevie

Malcolm’s wheelchair-bound asthmatic best friend is still acting, but is also a writer and tattoo artist.

James and Lukas Rodriguez – Jamie

The baby who joined the family late in the series run grew into a toddler before the show ended. The child was played by twins who attended the cast mini-reunion in 2012.

Emy Coligado - Piama Tananahaakna

Francis’s wife went on to play bit parts in TV shows like Stalker Chronicles and Shameless.

The drug store owner who was obsessed with Lois most recently was a series regular on Mike and Molly.
