This Dashingly Handsome Vet Looks Like a Movie Star–But Wait ‘Til You See His Wife

Every so often someone posts an old photo on Reddit that makes the Internet swoon. A few months ago, it was the handsome veteran from the Korean war, who had the beautiful love story that was as gorgeous as the old photo.

We still don’t know the backstory from this photo, except these are someone’s grandparents on the day they got engaged. Several sharp-eyed commentators have noted the grandfather’s pin from the U.S. Army Air Corps, the predecessor to the U.S. Air Force. Others have compared him Kevin Costner or James Franco.

But it’s the poster’s grandmother who is getting the most props. Because you have to admit, she has the looks of a Hollywood starlet!
