Air-Fried Ravioli

These squares — a St. Louis favorite — have double the cheese for triple the fun.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup Italian-style dry breadcrumbs
  • 3 Tbs. grated Parmesan
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1½ cups pasta sauce, heated
  • Chopped basil

Instructions

  1. In bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Dip ravioli in egg; coat with crumb mixture.
  2. In batches, place ravioli in single layer in air-fryer basket; coat with cooking spray. Air-fry at 350°F, 7–8 min. per batch. Serve with marinara sauce; ­garnish with chopped basil.
