These keto antipasto kabobs, courtesy of recipe developer Chelsea Cohen of SlimFast, prove that you don’t have to give up tasty appetizers just because you’re on the keto diet.

  • 2 c. grape tomatoes
  • 2 c. marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. Spanish green olives
  • 1 c. kalamata olives
  • 2 c. marinated fresh mozzarella balls
  • 2 c. pepperoncini’s
  • sliced
  • 1 c. marinated mushrooms


Thread the ingredients onto the skewers in an alternating fashion. 

Serve and enjoy!
