- 2 (4.25 oz.) tubes black decorating icing fitted with writing tips
- Black decorating sugar
- 24 red M&M’s or Skittles candies
- 12 Tootsie Roll Midgees, halved
Instructions
- Tint frosting lime green with food colorings; transfer 2 Tbs. to plastic sandwich bag. Snip tiny hole in one corner of bag; reserve. Thinly spread some of remaining frosting over flat side of each cookie.
- Using decorating icing, pipe hair onto cookies. Sprinkle hair with sugar. For forehead, pipe line of green frosting under hair. For eyes, place M&M’s near forehead; pipe on dots of green frosting; add icing for pupils. Using icing, pipe on face outline, nose, mouth, stitches and chin detail. For neck bolts, attach Tootsie Roll pieces.
