- 1 (14 oz.) can salmon
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. seasoned dry breadcrumbs
- 1 Dijon mustard
- 1 lemon zest
- 2 chopped parsley
- 1 oil
Instructions
PrintIn bowl, combine salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, lemon zest, and parsley. Season with 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Form into 4 patties.
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook 4 min. per side or until golden, turning once.
