Slow-Cooker Meatball Parmesan Heroes Recipe Is an Easy Crowd Pleaser
It’s a cinch to prep these slow-cooker meatballs in advance, then simply top with cheese and broil for a meal in minutes
Nothing is better than prepping ingredients and popping them right in the slow cooker for a few hours. You don’t have to watch anything to make sure it’s not burning, and you can easily accomplish other tasks. When you don’t feel like standing in front of the stove, give our Meatball Parmesan Heroes recipe a try.
Meatball sandwiches are one of my favorite lunches. Between the crispy bread, flavorful meatballs, melty cheese and fresh tomato sauce, you can’t go wrong. What’s even better is that in this recipe we go the extra step and roll out homemade meatballs. Prepping them is easy and molding them into balls can be fun for the whole family. Once all the ingredients are mixed, put them in the slow cooker and you’re all set for a few hours! After your meatballs are cooked through, sauce up your bread, add the cheese and toss them in the oven for a few minutes to get that perfectly toasted crunch.
