You Don’t Need to Be a Pro to Bake Up This Parmesan Garlic Rolls Recipe
These get an easy kickstart thanks to store-bought frozen dough

- 1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 2 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- ½ cup whipped butter, at room temp.
- 1 Tbs. finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- ½ tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions
PrintCoat 12 muffin cups with cooking spray. Divide dough into 12 portions; shape each into ball. Place 1 ball in each muffin cup. Cover; let rise in warm place until doubled, 45 min. Heat oven to 350°F. In bowl, combine cheese, garlic powder and pepper. Brush rolls with oil; top with cheese mixture. Bake until lightly browned and baked through in centers, 13–15 min. Combine butter, tomatoes and rosemary; serve with rolls.
