Ingredients

  • 2 lemons
  • 1 Tbs. honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

Grate 1 tsp. zest and squeeze 3 Tbs. juice from lemons. Finely chop zest; combine in bowl with juice, honey, garlic, rosemary, mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth and honey is dissolved

Slowly whisk in oil until blended. Drizzle over kale salad or use as marinade for chicken breast or pork loin.
