Fast & Fresh Steak And Pepper Stir-Fry Recipe Is a Satisfying Anytime Dinner Winner

Only 5 ingredients are all it takes to whip up this tasty delight

During the work week, the last thing I want to do is slave over the stove to get dinner on the table. That’s why one-skillet dinners are perfect. They cook up in practically no time and clean-up is a cinch. And if you’re like me, then you have to try this Steak and Peppers Stir-Fry recipe. It’s ready to eat in 20 minutes. And with only 5 ingredients, it’s super-easy to prep.

When cooking with only a handful of ingredients it’s key to coax out the most flavor. We stir-fry sirloin over medium-high heat. The high heat renders some of the fat. Then cook peppers and garlic in the drippings to take on all that meaty goodness. A splash of broth helps loosen the browned bits for even more depth of flavor. Add the meat back in with a dash of teriyaki sauce and sauté until the liquid reduces and forms a rich glaze. Cook along with our video. Then leave a comment below.
