Watermelon Fruit Pizza

When we asked the pros in the Woman’s World test kitchen for a new way to enjoy this summer staple, they offered up this fun watermelon fruit pizza — it’s sure to win you raves!

  • Half of a seedless watermelon
  • 1 c. Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp. lime zest


Slice half of a seedless watermelon into 1" rounds. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 Tbsp. of maple syrup, 1 tsp. of vanilla extract, 1 Tbsp. of lime juice, and 1/4 tsp. of lime zest.

Spread over each watermelon round. Top with fresh blueberries, raspberries, and mint leaves. Slice each round into triangles and serve.
