With Luke Grimes leading the series, his return for Season 2 was always widely expected. Now, Paramount has officially confirmed that Grimes will be back, ensuring viewers will continue to follow Kayce’s journey as he navigates grief, fatherhood and the next chapter of his story.

“The whole run of Yellowstone I was just guessing. I didn’t know what being a father was like. But I think being a father changes the way I not only treat my pretend son, but the way I treat everyone,” Grimes told IndieWire earlier this year. “Now I see everyone as a baby that just got big—I give people a lot more grace and forgiveness knowing they started as someone’s child. That was a whole new perspective I didn’t see coming.”

Grimes is 42 years old and lives in Montana with wife Bianca Rodrigues Grimes and their son, Rigel Randolph Grimes.

Brecken Merrill plays Kayce’s son Tate in Marshals and while he hasn’t officially said that he’s coming back for Season 2, his character did survive the Season 1 finale, so it’s safe to assume that he will make his way back to Montana.

Logan Marshall-Green as Pete Calvin

Logan Marshall-Green plays Pete Calvin, a longtime friend of Kayce’s in Marshals and, thankfully, the actor is going to return for Season 2.

“We pick up right where we left off, I mean literally and figuratively,” Marshall-Green told TVInsider earlier this year. “No rest for the wicked.”

Marshall-Green is 49 years old and has two daughters with his ex-wife, Diane Gaeta.

Ash Santos as Andrea

Since Ash Santos appeared in every episode of Season 1, it makes total sense that she’s coming back for Season 2.

“Season 2, I think we’ll start to see a side of Andrea that’s almost opposite to how we met her in Season 1,” she teased to People magazine earlier this year. “That’s what’s been really interesting to me.”

Santos is 33 years old and originally from the Bronx, New York.

Arielle Kebbel as Belle

Arielle Kebbel was a fan favorite during Season 1 and, in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the actress revealed, “I am a part of Season 2, yes. We pick up immediately in season two where we left off, especially with the Weaver ranch and the looming circumstances there. I think people may be surprised to see just how bad it gets,” she continued. “I really appreciate that, because it’s a nod to the Yellowstone ongoing battle of land and wealth and power and money, and how far people will go to protect their land. It really speaks to that. We pick up in Season 2 feeling the horse and ranch life.”

Kebbel is 41 years old and currently dating her Vampire Diaries co-star Zach Roerig.
