Walk, don't run to your computer on December 6. Why? Because The Cheesecake Factory is spreading the holiday cheer this season by giving away free cheesecake. Starting Wednesday, the only thing separating you from decadent cheesecake goodness is a few clicks of a mouse.
If you didn't know that The Cheesecake Factory delivers, you're not the only one. And in a bid to get the word out there about this service, The Cheesecake Factory announced its "Day of 10,000 Slices." All you have do to score a free slice is order from the restaurant through DoorDash, a food delivery service. At checkout, enter the code "10000SLICES" and they'll cover your cheesecake purchase up to $8.50.
This one-day deal only applies to delivery (no takeout, guys — sorry!) orders. But you can still win this holiday season! From December 6 to December 12, The Cheesecake Factory is waiving all delivery fees if you order through DoorDash — no promo codes necessary. That means not only is the slice free on December 6, but the delivery is complimentary, too.
“We are so pleased to partner with DoorDash to surprise and delight 10,000 of our loyal fans and guests by delivering a complimentary slice of cheesecake on December 6,” David Overton, Founder and CEO of The Cheesecake Factory said in a statement. “We hope they can enjoy a slice of their favorite cheesecake to celebrate the season of giving.”
DoorDash delivers to more than 300 cities across the U.S. and Canada, including Indianapolis, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Cincinnati, and Tulsa. To see if you can have cheesecake delivered right to your door, visit The Cheesecake Factory website.
So which will you choose? You can keep it simple with strawberry cheesecake, or go over the top with the Oreo Dream Extreme. Whatever slice you choose, it's bound to be delicious — and the fact that it's free is the metaphorical cherry on top!
