‘The Pioneer Woman’ Kids Are All Grown Up! Read All About Ree Drummond’s 5 Super-Accomplished Children
Todd, Bryce, Jamar, Alex and Paige make up this crew of cowboys and cowgirls!
While we love just about everything there is about Food Network star Ree Drummond, also known as The Pioneer Woman, we also love the people around her. Ree Drummond and her husband Ladd Drummond have five kids, all of whom grew up on the family’s famous ranch in Pawhuska, Oklahoma.
Not only have we watched her little ones grow up right before our eyes on the screen, but we’ve also been lucky to get a glimpse into the way in which her family has grown and expanded over the years in unexpected ways. Here, take a look at the Pioneer Woman star and her five lovely children — who have all flown her now empty nest!
Todd Drummond
The baby of the Drummond clan, Todd is a face we truly have seen grow up before our eyes. Fun fact: he was only 7 years old when The Pioneer Woman first aired! Now 20, the youngest Drummond has an exciting future ahead of him!
In a Pioneer Woman article from 2021, it was revealed that at 17, he was an accomplished wrestler — and that’s definitely not all.
In 2023, after a successful high school football career, he embarked on a new chapter of his life, in which he plays football for the University of South Dakota.
“He’s got a great adventure ahead of him, between school and football and new friends and experiences, and Ladd and I will be his biggest cheerleaders,” Ree wrote on her site.
Bryce Drummond
The oldest Drummond son paved the way for his younger brother, as the 21-year-old has also enjoyed a successful football career that’s taken him to Oklahoma State University. While quarterback, linebacker and fullback are titles he’s proudly worn over the years, the young man is a cowboy at heart.
“He was a little boy yesterday,” Ree wrote on her site back in 2020 when Bryce was first leaving the ranch for college. “This has snuck up on me and I’m not ready. I mean, I am ready. But I’m not. But I am. But I’m not.”
Jamar Goff
Foster son Jamar is a newer, inextricable part of the Drummond family, joining their crew in 2018 when Ladd and Ree took him in as his foster parents. A friend of her two sons through football, Jamar has been welcomed to the family as if he had been a part of it all along.
In one of Ree’s books, Frontier Follies, she detailed what it’s been like since he’s joined their crew, and the love her family has for him.
His early introduction to the house was a tough one — He suffered a foot injury only a few days into his stay that made him bedridden for weeks. However, he’s since made a full recovery and has become an integral part of the Drummond crew since.
Paige Drummond
The second-born Drummond daughter is a force to be reckoned with, and the blonde beauty is another face we’ve watched grow up on the screen. Ree’s daughter Paige Drummond, who attended the University of Arkansas, said goodbye to the post-college corporate world and returned back to her roots: on the Drummond ranch.
The newly engaged 24-year-old is enjoying returning to the thing she’s always known. “Ranch life is glamorized on TV,” she said in an issue of Pioneer Woman. “You see people riding horses and it looks wonderful. If you could ride your horse all day, every day, everyone would want this job. But 90 percent of the time it’s just hard, hard work. You’re getting kicked, you’re getting crap on you, you’re fixing fence, you’re doctoring cattle…it’s a time-consuming, exhausting — yet rewarding — profession.”
Alex Drummond
The oldest Drummond has played a big part in her mother’s show and success over the years, and these days, she’s back on the ranch involved in the day-to-day of the Pioneer Woman brand. After attending Texas A&M University, Ree’s daugther Alex held another job before returning to her mom’s side where she helps bring to life the content we love.
She got married in 2021 to her husband Mauricio Scott, and in 2024 the couple announced they were expecting a baby girl. In classic form, Ree hosted a gorgeous baby shower for her daughter, celebrating the new addition to the family. Shortly thereafter, Alex shared sweet maternity pictures taken at the family’s ranch, posting the photos to social media.
Alex and Mauricio became parents to sweet baby Sofia, and, naturally, Ree sprung into grandma duties. She’s even shared videos on social media giving fans a glimpse into her new chapter as a grandparent.
