Hosted by Tyler Florence, The Great Food Truck Race puts different food trucks head-to-head as they compete to make the most money in a weekend—all in the hopes of proceeding in the competition and taking home the $50,000 prize. The competition heats up with each episode as the teams are presented with unique challenges that pose a threat to their production, and at the end of each week, the truck that made the least amount of money is eliminated.

Guy Fieri takes the lead on this competition series as contestants scour the aisles of a grocery store (with certain limitations and challenges, making their pursuit more complicated) to create a winning dish that will stun judges.
