It’s been almost a year since viewers were last in Silver Falls, Colorado, with Jackie (Nikki Rodriguez) and the Walter bunch. But Netflix has finally revealed the release date for the third season of My Life with the Walter Boys and fans cannot wait to head back to the ranch, especially after ending the second season on a major cliffhanger.

Season 2 of My Life with the Walter Boys ended dramatically to say the least. Jackie and Cole (Noah LaLonde) finally revealed that they both love each other, but Jackie’s boyfriend, who also happens to be Cole’s brother, Alex (Ashby Gentry), happened to overhear, so things are bound to get a little bit messy.
To make matters worse, right in the middle of their confession, another Walter brother informed the trio that something had happened to their father, George (Marc Blucas), and an ambulance was called. While it’s uncertain what befell George, nothing is going to be simple for Jackie or the Walters once Season 3 begins.

Nothing is ever simple in Silver Falls, especially with 10 kids under one roof. The plot of Season 3 reads:
“The path of true love never runs smooth, especially in Silver Falls. The last time we saw the Walters, Jackie and Cole finally confessed their love for each other, only for Jackie’s boyfriend—and Cole’s brother—Alex to overhear. But their conversation was interrupted when Walter patriarch George was rushed to the hospital. Season 3 sees the Walters realize what’s important in the fallout from this—and discover that it’s okay to go after what you want. With their love lives still hanging in the balance, Alex turns to his new rodeo riding team, and Cole gets back in the driver’s seat of his life, literally, when a race car driver sees potential in him. Meanwhile, Jackie pours her heart into developing the town’s community space. But when a childhood friend arrives from New York, the life she left behind proves harder to forget than she expected.
Showrunner, Melanie Halsall, shared her insight on where the show is headed, addressing the elephant in the room. She said, “It was a pretty big revelation at the end of Season 2, and we can’t just ignore that. She [Jackie] also can’t keep bouncing between two boys. How we tackle that will be a really interesting challenge, and I’m looking forward to that.”
