Bacon Mac & Cheese
This dinner in a bowl has got it all — sharp Cheddar, creamy sauce, and crunchy bacon.

Ingredients
- 8 oz. ziti pasta
- thawed
- diced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 c. shredded sharp white Cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
Instructions
PrintCoat 1 1/2-qt. baking dish with cooking spray.
Cook pasta according to package directions, adding peas during last 3 min. of cooking time; drain.
In nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp, 10 min., stirring; drain. Discard drippings.
In same skillet over low heat, melt butter.
Whisk in flour; cook, whisking, 1 min. Whisk in next 4 ingredients; over medium heat, cook until thickened, whisking constantly. Whisk in 1 1/2 cups cheese and Worcestershire until smooth.
Heat broiler.
Add pasta and peas to sauce; heat. Stir in bacon.
Transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Broil 2-3 min.
