Cheesy Nacho Bake
All the ooey-gooey good flavors everyone loves about the classic game-day snack come together in this one-dish salsa-beef chili bake.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (16-ounce) jar salsa
- rinsed, drained
- 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
- thawed
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 16 tortilla chips + additional
Instructions
PrintHeat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat two-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Add beef, onion, chili powder, and salt; cook seven to eight, until beef is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Add salsa, beans, and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Cover; cook 15 minutes until flavors blend, adding corn during last five minutes of cooking time.
