Jarred sauce make it a snap to toss together

Comments

I always keep a few boxes of pasta on hand along with jarred sauce for an easy weeknight dinner. But I often crave something a bit more special that’s just a simple to toss together. That’s why this Cheesy Baked Pasta recipe is so perfect. It starts with ingredients you probably already have in your pantry. Plus, it turns out so ooey-gooey good, it’s bound to become a new family favorite.

Rigatoni are the perfect shape for holding the flavorful sauce, but almost any pasta variety would work here — try gemelli, medium shells or rotini. We give jarred sauce a quick upgrade with canned tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano. Then for a healthy dose of protein, stir in rotisserie chicken. Kalamata olives add zing while Italian cheese blend ensures it turns out extra rich and meltingly good. Cook along with our video then let us know what you think.
