Chocolate Blossom Cookies
We jazzed up sugar cookie dough with rich melted chocolate to create these 5-ingredient bites.

Ingredients
- 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1 (18 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 30 unwrapped Hershey’s Hugs, from 10.6-oz. pkg.
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F. In microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate in 15-sec. intervals, stirring, until melted and smooth; cool.
- On low speed, beat cookie dough with flour until combined. Add chocolate; beat until combined. Using 1 Tbs. per cookie, roll dough into balls. Place sugar in bowl. Roll balls in sugar to coat. Place 2″ apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake until dry to touch, about 8 min.; cool 2 min. Press 1 candy Hug into center of each cookie. Transfer from baking sheets to racks; cool.
