  • 400 mL coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. Stevia
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 2 medium avocados


Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth and velvety.

Pour mixture into serving container.

Cover and refrigerate 60 minutes.

Serve chilled.
