Honey–Peanut Butter Cocoa Mousse

Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. honey
- 1 (14–16 oz.) pkg. soft tofu, drained
- 2 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbs. smooth honey-roasted peanut butter
Instructions
- In blender, puree honey, soft tofu, unsweetened cocoa powder and honey-roasted peanut butter 2 min. or until desired degree of smoothness, adding a few teaspoons of water to thin to desired consistency.
- Divide mousse evenly among 4 cups. Garnish with chocolate curls or as desired.
