Mini Spinach-Feta Tartlets
For extra-easy prep, make the filling up to one day in advance, then fill and bake just before serving.

Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 Tbs. Greek seasoning, like McCormick
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 (1.9 oz.) pkgs. frozen mini phyllo cups
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F. In bowl, combine spinach, cheese, seasoning and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place mini phyllo cups on baking sheet. Divide spinach mixture evenly among cups. Bake 15 min. or until filling is heated through and cheese begins to melt. Serve warm.
