Succulent Orange-Spice Glazed Ham Recipe Is An Impressive Centerpiece For Any Celebration
Our shortcut glaze makes it simply irresistible
With all the hustle and bustle during the holidays, I like to keep things simple in the kitchen. That’s why I love this Orange-Spice Glazed Ham recipe. It’s loaded with seasonal flavors. Plus, it makes such a stunning presentation on the table, no one will guess it’s a cinch to whip up.
Our glaze starts with honey-Dijon salad dressing. How easy is that. We jazz it up with orange juice and zest, brown sugar and cinnamon then brush it over the ham. For even more festive flavor, we splash in some apple juice. While the meat roasts, the dressing mixture combines with ham drippings and apple to create a delicious sauce. Once cooked, all that’s left to do is reduce the mixture to a rich mouthwatering gravy and serve. It doesn’t get any easier! Give it a try then let us know if you have a favorite holiday recipe.

- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 (4–5 lb.) fully cooked semi-boneless smoked ham
