My ideal snack is healthy, delicious and, in a perfect world, packed with protein. That can be a tough combo to find — until now. The experts in our test kitchen came up with this amazing protein berry mousse recipe, and I’m not kidding when I tell you I often eat it twice a day. In the morning, it keeps me going between breakfast and lunch, and in the afternoon, it snaps me out of a 3 o’clock slump. Best of all, it is so good. And it’s just 120 calories per serving.

This protein berry mousse recipe is a snap to whip up. It only has four ingredients, and it comes together in just minutes. I make a batch and keep it in the fridge, and since it’s super portable, I can bring it to work or the gym. It’s the perfect post-workout snack, thanks to all the protein it delivers. Give it a try and enjoy it for yourself!
