Don’t have sun-dried tomatoes on hand? Not a problem! Simply swap out the sun-dried tomatoes for ¼ cup chopped pepperoni and continue with the recipe as directed. You can make it even leaner and use turkey pepperoni if you’d like. Let us know how you like them in the comments below.

Heat oven to 425°F. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper. In medium bowl, stir together pizza sauce and breadcrumbs. Unroll dough. Cut in half lengthwise. Spread each half with sauce mixture leaving 1/2 “ border along one long side. Top with sun-dried tomatoes, fontina and 2 Tbs. grated Parmesan.

Starting with one long side without border, roll up each dough jellyroll style; press edge to seal. Place seam side down on surface; cut each roll crosswise into 10 slices. Place cut side down on baking sheets; flatten to about 2 1/4” diameter.

Bake until baked through, about 15 min. Transfer to serving platter; sprinkle with additional Parmesan.
