Pioneer Woman star Alex Drummond is always sharing her favorite finds—and this week, it’s all about summer style. In a new Instagram story featured on The Pioneer Woman blog, she modeled her go-to linen pants and a comfy halter tank top that’s currently 40 percent off. In a recent Instagram story, which you can watch on The Pioneer Woman blog (and where baby Sofia makes an adorable appearance), Alex shared the summer go-to pieces just added to her wardrobe. Included was a basic black tank top with just a slightly cropped look, paired with light linen pants.
Noting that she’s “been looking for a good pair of linen pants,” Alex said she loved these wide-leg bottoms, describing them as “so comfortable” and that she bought the pants in both off-white and blue-striped designs.
The pants also boast a flowy fit and mid-rise waistline, so Alex raved that they’re “great for the lil mom tummy pooch.”
Also a win: the pockets have a nude lining inside, so they don’t show through the fabric. “I feel like it just makes it look better quality,” Alex explained.

Thinking of grabbing Alex’s set for yourself? In addition to the light blue stripes and off-white varieties, you can grab the pants in terra brown, tomato sauce red, olive green, aquarius blue, basic black and flax linen tan.
They’re made of a soft, heavyweight linen-blend material and offer an elasticized waist and side slant pockets. As far as laundry care, you can machine wash the pants on a cold, gentle cycle, but it’s recommended to lay them out flat to dry.
You can also choose from regular, tall or petite fits and sizes XS, S, M and L. The general fit is described as relaxed with an easy silhouette throughout.
Alex’s modern rib halter tank top comes in black, navy blue with white trim, off-white and tomato sauce red. Sizes range from XXS to XXL. It’s a stretch-to-fit, slim and stretchy fabric (made from a soft cotton-modal blend) designed to form to your shape. The bottom sits around the hip, and the neckline is halter.
Everything seemed to fit true to size, Alex reported, and she had purchased everything in a medium (she’s 5’11”).
