What is ‘Crew Girl’ about?

Following athlete and competitive rower Teagan Tao (Miku Martineau), Crew Girl is Netflix’s soon-to-debut coming-of-age teen sports drama that you won’t want to miss. The official logline for the series reads:

“After a humiliating family scandal derails her life, competitive rower Teagan is forced to start over at an elite prep school. When she discovers there’s no girls’ team, she becomes the coxswain of the dysfunctional all-boys crew to get back on the water. As she fights to win the team over, she goes head-to-head with the team’s arrogant captain, and finds unexpected chemistry with the team’s underrated and overlooked would-be MVP.”
