Balsamic-Glazed Steaks Recipe: Easy for a Weeknight Yet Special Enough For Company
Tender, juicy and oh-so delicious!
Up in my neck of the woods, winters are long and snowy. So when summer arrives I’m more than ready to fire up the grill! And steak is the quintessential main course. The meat sears to tender perfection on the hot grill grates. And while it’s delicious on its own, sometimes I like to jazz things up. That’s what inspired this Balsamic-Glazed Steaks recipe. In just 20 minutes, it makes a speedy weeknight meal, yet it’s special enough for any summer gathering.
Balsamic is a dark, intensely flavored vinegar. It adds a zingy pop to salad dressings, bitter greens like kale — even soups and stews. And it’s easy to turn it into a glaze. We combine the vinegar with honey and Worcestershire sauce, then reduce the mixture to a rich syrup. The sweet-tangy finish perfectly complements flame-kissed steak. Give this mouthwatering dish a try. Then let us know — what’s your favorite grilling recipe?
