Fast And Fabulous Beef and Green Bean Stir-Fry Recipe Is Loaded With Big Bold Flavor

Citrus adds sweet tang to this 30 minute one-skillet dinner

I’m always on the lookout for quick-prep meals that are big on flavor yet easy on the waist line. That’s why I love this Ginger-Sesame Beef and Veggie Stir Fry recipe. With less than 300 calories a serving you can dig in almost guilt-free! And a whopping 25 grams of protein ensures it’ll satisfy the hungriest of appetites.

Aromatics like garlic add zing to many recipes. Trouble is it tends to burn quickly. So, we stir-fry green beans until almost tender, then toss in garlic and scallions during the last few minutes. Sauté tender sirloin in the same skillet, then simply toss everything back together. Now for the flavor bomb — teriyaki sauce mixed with orange juice and zest. The tangy-sweet citrus perfectly balances the sauce and reduces into a delicious glaze that clings to the meat and veggies. Cook along with our video and watch how easy it is, them leave us a comment.
