There’s nothing cozier or more delicious than baking up a good chicken pot pie or Shepherd’s pie. But during the week, it can be a challenge to find the time to pull a yummy dish like that together. We asked our test kitchen for some help with the dilemma and they came up with this amazing beef pie with cheesy cauliflower topping recipe. Not only is it hearty and delicious, it’s also a snap to make. And it’s fast, too! You’ll have this dinner done from start to finish in just half an hour. The secret: Convenient frozen and canned veggies. Not only are they just as healthy as fresh vegetables, they save you valuable prep time.
