Cinnamon-Pecan Pear Crisps

Ingredients
- 5 Tbs. butter
- 1 cup rolled Kamut (Khorasan wheat)
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup Kamut flour
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 6 ripe Barrlett pears (about 3 lbs.), peeled and sliced
- ¼ cup salted caramel sauce, such as Smucker’s
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F. In microwave-safe bowl, melt 4 Tbs. butter; stir in next 5 ingredients until clumps form. Transfer to greased baking sheet. Bake 20 min., stirring once.
- Meanwhile, in skillet over medium-high heat, cook pears in remaining 1 Tbs. butter 10 min. or until tender, stirring often. Add caramel, 2 Tbs. lemon juice and 1 tsp. lemon zest. Cook 2 min., stirring.
- Divide pear mixture among six 6 oz. ramekins; top with crumb mixture. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
