Garlic Balsamic Sweet Potato Fries
These oven-baked wedges have all the flavor but just a fraction of the fat of the deep-fried version.

Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes (about 2 Ibs.), peeled, cut into 1″-thick fries
- 3 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. ground cumin
- ½ tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbs. white balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°F. Coat large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, toss potatoes with oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, ½ tsp. salt and ¼ tsp. pepper.
Transfer potatoes to baking sheet; Spread out in single layer. Bake, turning occasionally, until tender and golden brown, about 30 min. - Transfer to napkin-lined serving bowl; drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
