  • 3 salmon fillets, cut into 1” chunks
  • 3 medium zucchini, sliced 1/2” thick
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • Lime wedges

Prepare grill for medium-high direct-heat cooking. Assemble salmon and zucchini slices onto wooden skewers.

In bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice and garlic salt; brush onto kebabs. Grill, turning, until salmon is cooked through, 7–8 min. Serve with lime wedges.
