Monster Toes
Storebought chicken nuggets get a beastly makeover when topped with “hairy” cheese and cashew “nails.”

Ingredients
- 24 salted roasted cashews
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- ⅓ cup mango chutney
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 24 refrigerated fully cooked chicken nuggets
- ½ tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese, 4 oz.
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425°F. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Stir tiny amount of coloring into a few drops of water. Brush over cashews; dry.
- Combine barbecue sauce, chutney and vinegar; reserve. Place nuggets on baking sheet; sprinkle with lemon pepper. Bake until heated through, 8–10 min.
- While still hot, sprinkle cheese over each nugget. When cool enough to handle, press one end of each cashew into one end of each nugget. Serve with reserved barbecue sauce mixture.
