If you’re like me, you’ve got tons of turkey left over after the big feast and you’re trying to figure out how to use it. Sure, you can make the usual turkey sandwiches and soup, but wouldn’t it be fun to do something a little more creative? That was the inspiration for this one-pot turkey tetrazzini recipe. Tetrazzini is an Italian dish that sounds fancy, but it’s actually a cinch to whip up. Even better, it’s rich, cheesy, and super satisfying.

To make this yummy meal, we combine fettuccine with cooked turkey and fold the mixture into a luscious sauce made with sour cream and Parmesan cheese. It’s so good you might even decide to add it to your regular dinner rotation! Our one-pot turkey tetrazzini is quick to make, too, with just 10 minutes of prep. Watch our video to see how easy this recipe is, then give it a try using your Thanksgiving leftovers.
