Our Rib-Eye Steaks with Red Wine Sauce Recipe Is a Steakhouse-Worthy Stunner

Looking for an impressive dinner option that’s also easy to make? Well, this recipe for Rib-Eye Steaks with Red Wine Sauce is the right fit for you! It’s a dish that takes rib-eye steaks and seasons them with dry Montreal steak seasoning before sautéeing them until they’re browned and tender. The cooked steaks are drizzled with a quick pan sauce consisting of red wine and steak sauce, then they’re topped with chopped tomatoes. By the end of the cooking process, you have a succulent steak dish with the right balance of rich, sweet and savory flavors. It’s truly a steakhouse-worthy dish that comes together in 25 minutes!

We use rib-eye steaks in this recipe because of their fantastic marbling, which keeps the meat moist as it cooks. But, other cuts like NY strip steak or sirloin work fine too. Additionally, you can grill the meat using our guide on how to grill steak to infuse it with a smoky, charred flavor.
