The actor, best known for Cheers and its spinoff series, Frasier, has been married a total of four times. Grammer is also a father to seven children (almost eight): Spencer, Greer, Mason, Jude, Faith, Kelsey and Auden.
Doreen Alderman
Grammer was married to Doreen Alderman for eight years from 1982 until 1990. During their relationship, the couple welcomed their first daughter, Spencer Grammer, on October 9, 1983, who went on to become an actress. She has starred in her own series Greek (2007-2011), as well as Rick & Morty (2013).
In 1990, the two decided to end their marriage and filed for divorce. There were no specific reasons cited for their split other than regular marital issues.
Leigh-Anne Csuhany

Not long after Grammer’s first marriage, he met his second wife, Leigh-Anne Csuhany at a restaurant in Calabasas, California called Pelican’s Retreat. The two were together for only five months before Grammer popped the question and they wed in 1992.
Their union, however, was a short-lived one, as they annulled the marriage after nearly a year in 1993. The couple didn’t have any children together.
Camille Grammer

Grammer met his third wife, Camille Grammer, in 1996 in Malibu, California and they tied the knot in 1997. The two began their own production company together, called Grammnet Productions, where they worked together.
In 2001, the couple welcomed their first child together, daughter Mason, followed by their son Jude in 2004. In 2010, the Grammers decided to file for divorce, which was finalized in 2011.
Kayte Grammer

Grammer’s fourth and current marriage is with Kayte Grammer, whom he actually met in 2009 while still married to Camille. The eventual couple met on a flight to London, where Grammer was a passenger and Kayte was a flight attendant. They went out for coffee a few days later and had a “magical night.”
Although Grammer was still married to Camille at the time, they embarked on an affair with one another and even married before his divorce was official. In December 2010, the couple announced their engagement, exchanging vows just a few months later on February 25, 2011, in New York City.
The couple welcomed their first child together, daughter Faith, on July 13, 2012, though her arrival was bittersweet as they were initially expecting twins. On July 22, 2014, they welcomed their second,, son Kelsey, and another son Auden on November 14, 2016. The Grammers are currently expecting baby number four, which will make him a dad of eight at age 70.
Jane Leeves and Marshall Coben

Jane Leeves, best known for her role as Daphne Moon on Frasier and Joy Scroggs on Hot in Cleveland, has been married to her husband Marshall Coben since 1995. Their love story is a sweet one, as the couple met at the Christmas Party for the Frasier cast. Coben was an executive at Paramount, which is the studio that produced the show.
“Someone introduced us and we just couldn’t take our eyes off each other,” Leeves said. “It was love at first sight for me, but he told me afterwards that he wouldn’t have imagined anything would happen in his wildest dreams and had to be marched over by another executive who said: ‘You are going to ask her out.’”
Coben eventually did so and they were married a year later. The couple has two children together, daughter Isabella, born in 2001, and son Finn, born in 2003.
David Hyde Pierce and Brian Hargrove

David Hyde Pierce’s love story with Brian Hargrove is one for the books. The couple first met in 1982, though neither of them knew the sexuality of the other. The friends encountered each other as actors in Los Angeles at various auditions.
“We did not know at that time that either one of us was gay, and we just hung out as best friends,” Pierce said. “That went on for many months. Eventually, we figured it out.”
Although they were together for many years, the couple didn’t marry for three decades. Their union finally came on October 24, 2008, just days before same-sex marriage was banned in California by the November 2008 Proposition 8. The couple has been happily married ever since.
Peri Gilpin and Christian Vincent

Frasier star Peri Gilpin met her current husband Christian Vincent in 1998 after visiting his art studio in New York City. However, both Gilpin and Vincent were already in relationships, so they didn’t go out for over a year. The couple eventually began dating and exchanged vows on July 31, 1999. Gilpin and Vincent later welcomed twin daughters Stella and Ava on May 7, 2004.
“I had twins on the Friday before Frasier ended,” Gilpin explained. “And my life literally just went through a complete change.”
