This Aperol Gin Spritzes Recipe is a Fun & Fresh Twist on the Classic Cocktail
Toast warm weather season with this sparkling sensation made with strawberries
Nothing says summer like a refreshing cocktail enjoyed outdoors with friends. And this Aperol gin spritzes recipe will really get your party started. Aperol is a popular Italian apéritif infused with orange and a variety of herbs and spices. It has a beautiful orange-red color and a unique bittersweet flavor. In our version of an Aperol Spritz, we add strawberries to the mix for fresh flavor. Muddle the berries with lemon, add Aperol and gin, and top off with seltzer, and you’ve got a sparkling sensation. Cheers to that!
Serve this Aperol gin spritzes recipe with some yummy appetizers and then sit back and relax with your crew and soak in the summer vibes. And for an easy variation on the cocktail, make them Blackberry Bourbon Aperol Spritzes instead. Simply sub in 1 cup blackberries for the strawberries and 6 ounces of bourbon for the gin.
