Crisp & Tangy Berry-Citrus Rosé Sangria Recipe Is Deliciously Refreshing

Lime-infused syrup gives this spritz a zesty pop

Comments

Sangria is simply wine punch infused with fresh fruit. This delicious drink originated in Spain and has been around for centuries. It’s one of my all-time favorite warm weather tipples. And you can customize it with any wine or fruit you like. For our Berry-Citrus Rosé Sangria recipe, we whip up an easy-prep lime syrup. It makes a refreshing libation that’s perfect for sipping on hot summer evenings.

Sangria recipes often include another alcoholic ingredient in addition to the wine, such as brandy, fruit liqueurs or spirits. They add flavor and amp up the alcohol content. For our version, we stir in lemon vodka. Along with the syrup, this pitcher drink gets a double dose of zingy deliciousness that perfectly complements fresh raspberries and strawberries. Whip up a batch for your next summer gathering—or any time! Then let us know if you have favorite sangria recipe.
