Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1/2 cup Italian-style dry breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. celery seeds
- 3 oz. blue cheese, cut into 24 cubes
- 1/4 cup cayenne pepper sauce, such as Frank's Red Hot
- 2 Tbs. butter, melted
- 1 Tbs. chopped chives
Instructions
PrintHeat oven to 350°F. Coat rimmed baking pan with cooking spray. In bowl, combine chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic and celery seeds.
Divide mixture into 24 portions; shape into balls around cheese. Transfer to pan. Bake until no longer pink near centers, 12–15 min. In bowl, combine hot sauce and butter. Brush over meatballs. Top with chives.
