Fruity and Refreshing Raspberry Sorbet Gin Spritzers Recipe Is a Cool Summer Sip

These pretty-in-pink sparklers are guaranteed to tantalize your taste buds

Summers mean dining out doors. And sweetly satisfying dessert drinks are a delicious way to cap off an al fresco meal. Our Raspberry Sorbet Gin Spritzers recipe is a mash-up of an ice cream float and a gin and tonic. The icy finish is the ultimate for cooling off on warm evenings. And after all, why not have your dessert and drink it too!

Gin is made with juniper berries and its fresh piny flavor pairs perfectly with any fruit. Our Raspberry Sorbet Gin Spritzers recipe gets a double dose of fruity goodness thanks to a quick-prep syrup and a scoop of frozen deliciousness. The sorbet keeps the drink cool without watering it down. Plus, as it melts it creates a creamy texture that’s irresistible. Best of all, this cocktail is easy enough to whip up on a quiet evening for two. And its pretty pink hue makes a fun presentation for a summer gathering. Try it and leave a comment below.
