Honey-Glazed Pork Roast
Studded with garlic and brushed with a spicy-sweet sauce, this pork roast cooks up extra-juicy and packed with flavor!

- 3 lb. boneless center-cut pork loin roast
- thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. honey or apple jelly
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dried crushed rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. ancho chile pepper
- tsp. salt
Instructions
PrintHeat oven to 375°F.
Cut 1/2”-deep slits into top of pork. Insert garlic slices into slits.
In small bowl, combine honey or apple jelly with lemon juice. In separate bowl, combine 1 Tbs. honey mixture with rosemary, chile pepper, and salt.
Place pork in roasting pan; brush with rosemary mixture. If desired, tie pork in several places with kitchen twine to hold shape and cook evenly.
Roast 50-55 min. or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest part of pork registers 145°F, brushing with remaining honey mixture during last 10 min. of roasting time.
Let stand 10 min. before slicing. Skim and discard fat from pan juices; serve pork with juices.
