Morning Energy High-Protein Smoothie Bowl Can Help You Lose 10 Pounds A Month
Eating most of your calories early in the day sets off a slimming and healing domino effect inside the body to help you drop pounds and feel great
I’m trying to drop pounds for bathing suit season. So I was happy to see that with this Morning Energy High-Protein Smoothie Bowl recipe, I can still eat the same amount of calories, I just have to shift them earlier in the day. The concept is called TRE, or time-restricted eating. I eat my big meal in the a.m., a medium meal for lunch and have a light dinner and I can lose up to 10 lbs. a month. And this Morning Energy High-Protein Smoothie Bowl starts with Greek yogurt so it’s really satisfying. I’m also keeping my meals low-carb, too and am hoping to watch the weight fall off! I’m cooking with cauliflower rice, low-carb tortillas, lean meats and lots of fresh veggies.
