Chicken Caesar with Hard-Boiled Egg

Ingredients
- 2 rotisserie chicken breast halves
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes
- 4 c. romaine lettuce
- 1/4 c. Caesar salad dressing
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
PrintSlice chicken breasts. Peel egg and cut into quarters. Halve cherry tomatoes.
In large bowl, toss tomatoes, lettuce, and dressing; transfer to 2 salad bowls. Divide sliced chicken and egg evenly between bowls. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. If desired, top with seasoned croutons.
