Slow-Cooker Tangy Tomato Beef Roast
Beef sirloin is slow-cooked to tender perfection in an easy from-scratch barbecue sauce!

Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz.) no-salt-added tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
- finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. granulated no-calorie sweetener (1 1/2 packets)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- optional
- all visible fat discarded
Instructions
PrintIn slow cooker, combine tomato sauce, vinegar, onion, no-calorie sweetener, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
Add sirloin, making sure it is submerged in barbecue sauce mixture. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 hours. Slice and serve with a drizzle of sauce.
