Out-of This-World Banana Split Pie Recipe Is Two Delicious Desserts in One!

Pudding, ice cream and a chocolate graham cracker crust combine to make a delectable treat

We love cooling off on a hot day with a banana split. It’s the ultimate summer treat. But then we started thinking: what if we combined two of our favorite things — banana split and pie? Just imagine the double deliciousness! Inspired, we decided to try it. And that’s how we came up with this banana split pie recipe. It’s so good.

The pie crust is made with chocolate graham crackers, which elevate the flavor. However, a graham cracker crust can sometimes be lumpy. To eliminate the lumps, spritz the bottom of a drinking glass with cooking spray and use the base of the glass to press the crumbs into place. The flat surface and firm, even pressure ensure uniform results.
